USFUELTECH’S SYSTEMS ARE TURN-KEY
USFuelTech’s systems deliver cost-effective Biodiesel production for any Biodiesel feedstock. Permanently-mounted inside inter-modal shipping containers, the Company’s modular systems can be transported and set up anywhere in the worlds. Included in the system prices (above) USFuelTech will provide engineering personnel to start and train its new customers on the system. This can last from a couple of days to a week in most cases. Once up and running we are always available to support you remotely.

DESIGNED TO CODE
Systems are complete Biodiesel plants when they ship and can be operational within a week of delivery providing customer has tankage and electrical complete. With a build-out time of approximately 90 days, customers can begin Biodiesel production in the least time possible.

HIGHLY EFFICIENT REACTOR
USFuelTech’s systems produce 99.87% Biodiesel from any feedstock with whose FFA (free fatty acid content) is <3%. For higher FFA concentrations in feedstocks, as an option, USFuelTech offers Process 101 which is the most advanced resin based reduction technology available.

The sizes listed above are offered from 1.8 to 5 million gallons per year.
Because our systems can be operated in parallel, customers can install additional container units to scale up their production. Customers may also order customized container features such as window sizes, door widths, air conditioning,

SYSTEMS ARE LESS EXPENSIVE TO PURCHASE
And in most cases, USFuelTech systems are less expensive to operate than some large-scale industrial facilities. By consolidating the cost of engineering, site design and permitting, into a space-efficient, transportable system, our customers achieve tremendous savings. With USFuelTech’s solution, individuals and companies are able to produce Biodiesel for almost any level or production. Well supervised trained personnel will build these modular containerized Biodiesel plant units under high quality controlled conditions utilizing the least expensive, repeatable procedures.

WATERLESS SYSTEMS
Systems are designed to conserve energy, as well as to remove any potential negative impact on the environment. We eliminate the need for water by using a two-stage ion exchange dry-wash process. Eliminating water wash (commonly used in other systems) reduces production costs, water treatment and water disposal costs.

METHANOL RECOVERY
Our reactor’s internal Methanol recovery system economizes input costs and eliminates the generation of a toxic byproducts. The sole co-product of our system is Glycerol (approx. 12% by volume). Glycerol is non-toxic and biodegradable and has a variety of resale uses. The system can be powered by electricity or a (bio)diesel generator allowing site location in extremely remote or arid regions. By producing biodiesel at the source of the feedstock, as well as near where the finished biodiesel is consumed, our customers reduce transportation costs.

TRANSPORTATION COSTS
Biodiesel plant transportation costs are greatly reduced using standardized containers shipped by truck, rail or by ocean freight.
