The most frequent question we get asked is: "What makes you different from the rest of the pack of Biodiesel equipment makers?"
Simple. We have designed every component from the ground up, fabricated it here in the US, and really, really enjoy this business of making the equipment that produces clean and efficient renewable fuel!
Q: Do you have any cost advantages over other machines?
A: Yes. One of our many advantages is our reduced methanol usage. Because Methanol recovery is internal to our reactor - an industry first - we typically consume 2-4% less Methanol than our competition. Also, since we no longer use a Centrifuge to separate the Glycern, our plant consumes less electricity, and has many less moving parts further contributing to our reduced operating costs.
Q: What percentage of oil is converted to biodiesel?
A: With our proprietary system process, we routinely exceed 98.5% conversion ratios. These are the highest we have ever found in our market segment. Many people tell us they achieve only 96% (and many below this). What does this mean for your business? Again, it adds to the proverbial bottom line!
Q: Why does your machine produce such good Biodiesel?
A: We designed it that way!
We spare no expense in building you the best possible Biodiesel plant, fabriated from the finest materials availble. Each unit is hand built by highly skilled workers in our plant in Dublin, GA.
Q: Why don't you use water to wash your Biodiesel?
A: Because we know Ion-exchange to be better. This is a DRY washing - needing no water. It is faster than water (approx. 1 hour to wash 250 gallons (1000 liters) of biodiesel). Anyone who knows Biodiesel knows what issues there are with water. Also, water cost money, especially in certain parts of the world. Some companies don't really tell the truth about water washing and when asked about the water waste and the costs of taking care of it.
Q: Why is being modular so important?
A: Because it allows you to start small and grow as you learn the industry. Also, the modular approach assures you that there will be no down time when you start the expansion process. You can continue your operations as you bring up the added capacity alongside your currently producing fuel line.
